Strawberry Rose Mint Lemonade


1 pint of strawberries
sliced 15 sprigs of mint
3 cups water
4 T food grade rose petals
1 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar

In a 4 cup pot add half the strawberries, half the mint, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Stir in sugar until dissolved.
In a 1 liter pitcher add the remaining strawberries and mint.
Strain the strawberry mint liquid into the pitcher. Add rose petals to fillable tea bag or tea infuser and add to the pitcher.
Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour to allow the rose petals to infuse.
Remove rose petals.
Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of lemon juice.
Chill or serve over ice.
