Transparent pt. 2


So I needed to change my posts to Monday because I do my weigh in over the weekend and I usually mess up the most over the weekend.

This past week was ok! I didn’t have an exceptional week with my food but I still lost 2 pounds. I need to let go of the extra sugar in my diet so I am thinking about dropping out everything other than water and tea out of my diet for a while.

Last week was pretty boring so I don’t have much for you.

I am doing 30 miles in 30 days before 30. So from 7.3 to 8.2 I have a goal to walk/run 30 miles. So that starts on Wednesday. I will talk to you all soon.

This week’s feature photo is with my trainer and training group. I have had many groups before and some amazing trainers. BUT this group seems to be a little different in a good way. I think it’s the age difference, previously I have not been with people my age and while they are encouraging it’s a little different. I look forward to knocking down these challenges with them.
